Sunday Service - Talking About Anxiety with Counsellor Wayne Friesen

Today, counsellor Wayne Friesen is with us, giving a talk about anxiety: how we can think about it, recognize it, and begin to address it. This talk is the first in a three-part series Wayne has given to churches in the area, aiming to teach how we can better care for ourselves and each other regarding mental health.
